the new parking garage is awesome and you don't have wo wade threw the smoke to get to the VERYT LARGE NEW NON-SMOKEING AREA- The time frame when I was there was not the typical time most players go. I went on a Friday morning at 6:00am ant there were only 15 patrons there but the new varity of machines makes it possible to play about any type of game you like.on that perticular day I chose to play video poker and I did not play the machines like normal I wanted to extend my play so I bet only 2x instead of the normal max and I'm sure you all know where this is going already (YES I HIT A ROYAL FLUSH) but $150.00 was still nice then I went over and played a lot of penney machines and still left with over $300.00 from a $50.00 budget for that trip-- it was a good dayAs with all casinos they just don't get it --EVEN IF IT IS ONLY A FREE SODA/ WATER/ OR COFFEE--- I WILL STAY AND PLAY LONGER IF YOU TREAT ME LIKE YOU ARE HAPPY I'M THERE--- SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE -- CAN'T ANY CASINO UNDERSTAND-HIGH ROLLERS ARE FAR-AND-FEW BETWEEN BUT IT IS THE COMMON PEOPLE THAT PAY THE BILLS. |

we were loured into seeing a concert by Melissa Eltheridge on August tenth and were very pleased with the show she is quite a one person show that went non stop for around one and three quarters hours. Stopped in for a great meal at the eagles nest buffet (which also included excellent service form the servers).There were plenty of slots to choose from which were very generous that night we played before and after the show and even payed for the night and managed to bring some cash home with us :-) As with all casinos they just don't get it about keeping the customers happy with waitress service--- we played well over 2 hours and had one person stop and offer a beverage after playing on the same machine for an hour--- they just don't put together the fact ,the more comfortable I am the more I will play and the more I play ...well you get my point We will visit again but next time I'll get a large to-go -glass from the restaurants |
